Classically trained, Mark's early chef years saw him further his craft in some of the top hotels in the South West.
A move into catering management developed skills in providing excellent food and service to prestigious blue chip clients.

Mark sees Thyme Chef as a hardworking and vibrant business, that is ethical whilst being exciting, fun and refreshing.
Caring not only for our customers, but also for the needs of our staff, suppliers and product welfare.

Now, Mark executes the expectations of our clients from an intimate dinner to an event for 500, leading the kitchen with humour and efficiency.

Creative and artistic, Clare will work with you at every stage of your event to ensure that it fulfils your vision.

Clare specialises in design and development of menus often creating new and bespoke ideas for individual clients.

Highly experienced in event service, Clare leads the front of house with a warm, attentive yet discreet style.

Drawing from a wide contact base, Clare is ideally placed to offer a full event management service to cover design, styling, lighting, music & flowers – and of course the food x
