Private dining is a highly personalised and attentive experience.

Our private dining comes with a personal chef and discreet professional service staff to ensure your every need is met.

We will work with you to design the menu of your choice and any other special requirements.

We have pleasure in detailing some of the menus that we have previously produced for bespoke dinners and larger groups:
 

Starters

Fanned Sweet Galia Melon with seasonal summer fruits and champagne froth

Smooth Chicken, pork and prune terrine with onion chutney, salad leaves, cresses, our own dressing and warm artisan bread

Individual tartlet of wild mushrooms, smoked bacon and parmesan. Finished with thyme flavoured cream, salad of mixed herbs and leaves

Roasted vine tomato and sweet pepper soup with basil croutons

Crab and lobster terrine with marinated cucumber salad, assorted herbs and leaves
 

Mains

Tarragon roasted chicken with bread sauce, bacon and roast reduction

Lemon roasted chicken breast, woodland mushroom and mild mushroom cream sauce

Herb and mustard rubbed English Sirloin of Beef, roasted and hand carved in the room. Served with Port Jus, Yorkshire Pudding , selected mustards and creamed horseradish

Sea Salted Loin of Pork Served with honey apples and herb roasted new potatoes

Fennel, mustard and lemon crusted salmon fillet served with champagne and herb veloute

Home made potato gnocchi tossed with baby green vegetables and served with a side order of cep mushroom and herb sauce

Confit of duck served with braised red cabbage, puy lentils and red wine jus
 

Puds

Profiteroles filled with thick cream and topped with a dark chocolate and brandy sauce

Rich dark chocolate torte with blackcurrant coulis

Hot individual Belgian chocolate and cherry pudding served with a warm cherry and liquer sauce

White and dark chocolate Cupcakes, finished with glitter

Individual Lemon Tartlet, served with clotted cream and raspberries

Crisp meringues served with soaked syrup pineapple and passion fruit

Summer pudding with thick vanilla bean cream

Sticky toffee and date pudding with a smooth toffee caramel sauce and pouring cream

Crème Brulee with crisp caramel crust, butter shortbread and macerated strawberries

Apple Tart Tatin with crème Anglais

Seasonal fruit crumble with fresh vanilla custard
